SDS / MSDS authoring
A new 16-section SDS from your composition: GHS/CLP classification, hazard and precautionary statements, exposure limits and all required sections.
We author, translate and update SDS/MSDS to the rules of each country: EU REACH & CLP, UK REACH, OSHA HazCom, WHMIS, China GB/T, Japan JIS, Korea and the Gulf. One composition, every market.
For manufacturers, importers and distributors of chemicals, cosmetics, detergents, raw materials and mixtures.
A new 16-section SDS from your composition: GHS/CLP classification, hazard and precautionary statements, exposure limits and all required sections.
More than translation: we adapt each SDS to the destination country's format, exposure limits, emergency numbers and legal references.
Gap check against current rules (EU 2020/878, OSHA HazCom 2024 update, WHMIS amendments) and updates whenever rules or your formula change.
Hazard labels with pictograms, signal word, H and P statements — consistent with your SDS and the target market.
UFI code generation and poison centre notification (PCN) for hazardous mixtures sold in the EU.
UN number, proper shipping name and ADR/RID, IMDG and IATA classification for Section 14.
Select your target countries — each card shows the applicable SDS rules and the required language(s). Then request a quote for exactly that set.
Formats and languages shown are a guide; we confirm the exact requirements for each product and market in our quote.
Each SDS is prepared in the official language of the country of supply — by regulatory specialists, not machine translation alone.
Composition, raw-material SDSs and target markets — under NDA if you wish.
We classify the product and draft the master SDS in English.
We adapt and translate the SDS for each selected country and language.
You receive editable and PDF files; we keep them up to date as rules change.
MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) is the older name. Under the UN GHS, EU REACH and OSHA HazCom the document is called SDS (Safety Data Sheet) and follows a standard 16-section format. Both names refer to the same document.
Suppliers of hazardous substances and mixtures must provide an SDS to professional users and customers. Distributors, logistics companies, marketplaces and customs often ask for one even for non-classified products.
Finished cosmetic products are generally exempt from the REACH SDS obligation, but raw materials, fragrance compounds and many B2B customers and carriers require one. We prepare SDSs for cosmetics, chemicals, detergents and raw materials.
We prepare SDSs for 73 countries in 48 languages — all of Europe, the USA and Canada, Latin America, China, Japan, Korea, South-East Asia, Australia and the Gulf. Use the market finder above to see each country's format and language.
Since 1 January 2023 all EU SDSs must follow REACH Annex II as amended by Regulation (EU) 2020/878 (for example nanoforms, endocrine-disrupting properties and the UFI). We review existing SDSs and update them.
It depends on the complexity of the product and the number of countries. After reviewing your documents we give you a firm timeline in the quote; translations of an existing, compliant SDS are usually fastest.
Yes. Your composition is used only to prepare your documents and we sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
No obligation. A regulatory specialist reviews your request and replies with price and timeline.
